Colored Man Drowned near Texas. On Friday last two colored men went in bathing in the Maumee near Texas. One of them, John Wright, living at Grellton, got in over his depth and being unable to swim drowned before his companion could assist him. The body was recovered and Coroner Cloud was notified, who, after viewing the body, rendered a verdict in accordance withthe above facts.
