Drowning of an Old Man
Neapolis, Ohio, March 5th, 1874
EDS. NORTHWEST: - Mr. Moses Welsh, who has been a citizen of this vicinity for forty years, was found dead in the canal at Providence on the 3d inst.
John Ryan, J. P., Acting Coroner, held an inquest over the body, the jury returning a verdict of accidental drowning.
