David Weaver, aged about 67 years, died at the Infirmary Monday morning of kidney trouble. We are informed that he was a member of the California Legislature in 1860, and at one time was said to be worth between $85,000 and $45,000. His remains were taken to Damascus township last Tuesday, where he has relatives, for interment.
