DEATH OF FRANK TANNER -- It is with sincere regret we announce the death of FRANK TANNER, of this place, which occurred on Monday morning. He had had an attack of fever, and going out too soon is thought to have been the cause of a relapse, which proved fatal. Few men were more generally known, and he was respected by all. In the prime of his years, strong and vigorous, he seemed to have the rare promise of a long life.
