Passed by the Rising Sun Association, No. 2672, P. of I., of Florida, O., on the death of Jackson K. Stout, who died on the 27th day of April, aged 25 years, 7 months and 23 days.

Whereas, God , in his all wise providence has seen fit to remove our beloved brother Jackson K. Stout, from the trials and vicissitudes of earth and has taken himself to the great lodge beyond.

Whereas, while we, the members of this association do mourn the loss of our departed brother, we humbly bow to the will of Him who doeth all things well, Therefore be it

Resolved, that the sympathy of this association be extended to the family and friends of our late brother in their bereavement and that we bow to the just and wise God.

Resolved, That while the mother and friends of Jackson R. Stout have lost a good son and friend, the lodge has lost a true member and brother.

Resolved, that the charter and lodge room be draped in morning for a period of thirty days, and that a copy of these resolutions be sent to the family of our late brother and be sent to the Napoleon newspapers for publication.
