Mr. Geo. Stebbins died at his home in Toledo on Friday last. The Bee says of him: Mr. Stebbins came into the Maumee Valley about 1850, and was shortly afterwards engaged in the construction of the Wabash Railway between this city and Napoleon. For the past 10 or 12 years he has been engaged in the manufacture of brick, and he was also, during a greater portion of his life, an extensive dealer in real estate. Mr. Stebbins was a public spirited man, and served his city in many ways. He was at one time treasurer of Henry county.
