Whereas, it has pleased Almighty God to remove from our midst our esteemed and worthy Comrade Frederick Sprow. Therefore, be it
- Resolved, That we as a Post extend to his family our heartfelt sympathy in their deep bereavement.
- Resolved, that a copy of these Resolutions be furnished the family of the deceased and that a copy also be filed with the records of the Post.
