Obituary: Death of John Shulty Last Thuraday morning at 5:30 a. m., the spirit of John Shulty left its mundane dwelling place and went to the hereafter and unknown. He had been sick the past 18 months with a spinal complaint which, although slow in its work, was none the least deadly. His death, then, was not wholly unexpected. He was 36 years, 7 months and 29 days of age. The funeral ceremony was held from the St. Paul's Lutheran church in Napoleon tp., Saturday, Nov. 11, at 10 o'clock a, m., Rev. L. Damman in charge. The deceased leaves a wife and family, He was one of the most prominent farmers of Monroe tp., for many years, but failing in health, removed to Napoleon about two years ago. Many friends sympathize with his family in their great bereavement. |
