Mr. and Mrs. Shoner and daughter Ted were in Waterloo, Ind., Tuesday, attending the funeral of Miss Delia Shoner. It will be remembered the deceased visited here shortly since and made many friends among the young people. Her marriage with Mr. Edw. McDaniel was to have been solemnized a month ago, but the sudden death by accident of the prospective bridegroom abruptly terminated such joyous thoughts, Although in good health Miss Shoner's grief was so great that she steadily pined away and died the victim of no disease but a broken heart. The death was one extremely sad and the intelligence will be greeted by her many young friends here with regret.
