Resolutions of Respect. Pomona Grange, Henry county, O., has again been called to mourn. Whereas, God in his all-wise providence, has removed by death our beloved brother Jonas Shumaker, who departed this life Feb. 25th, 1884. Resolved, that we deeply mourn the loss of one cut off in his usefulness. But we mourn not in vain, or without hope, for He doeth all things well. Resolved, that we extend to the bereaved family and friends our heartfelt sympathy in their great affliction. Resolved, that a memorial page in our Grange record be devoted to the memory of our dear brother, upon which these resolutions shall be recorded. Resolved, that our charter be draped in mourning for thirty days, also a copy of these resolutions be sent to the family of the deceased, and to the county papers, and to the Farmer's Advance for publication.
