Drowned. A young man named William Shasteen, living about a mile North of town, was drowned on Sunday. He had been subject to epileptic fits for a number of years, and on Sunday was walking unaccompanied along a path near his father's house, when he was attacked by one of those fits, fell into a puddle and was drowned before aid arrived.
