Death of Frederick Schroeder. After an illness of some weeks duration. and much suffering, our fellow townsman Frederick Schroder died on Thursday of last week, in the 50 year of his age. Mr. Schroeder was first attacked by rheumatism and afterward with typhoid fever, and lay hovering between life and death for three or four weeks before he was called to the other shore. He leaves a devoted wife who deeply mourns her loss. She has the sympathies of the community. The funeral took place from St. Paul's Lutheran Church on last Sabbath and was largely attended, Rev. W. L. Fisher conducting the services.
