A dispatch was received in this city Monday announcing the death of Hon. A. R. Scheble, on Huthinson, Kan., a former resident of Napoleon. His stricken family have the deep sympathies of this community in their bereavement, the loss of a devoted husband and loving father.
Some years ago Mr. Scheble was compelled by poor health to seek a different climate, and removed from among us to Kansas, hoping thereby to regain health. In a measure his health was improved but never fully regained in his far Western home. He has hosts of friends in this county, who will be pained to learn of his early demise. He was a stanch Democrat, being honored by the Democrats of Henry county to a seat in the lower house of the General Assembly of the State, and also honored by his party in Kansas, which elected him to serve in the State Legislature.
