New Bavaria, O., April 17th, 1882. Ed. Northwest: It is with sorrow that we have to chronicle the death of our friend Adam Sauer. He was a sufferer ofthe fatal disease consumption for some time, but on the 10th he was released from all pain and sorrow. He leaves a wife and child and an aged father and mother, three brothers and six sisters and a host of friends who mourn their loss. The funeral took place on Wednesday the 12th, from the German Reformed Church, of which he was a member. The service was conducted by Rev. Heinerman, of Defiance. From Math. 24th chapt. 42d verse. "Watch therefore for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come." The deceased was aged 23 years, 10 months and 8 days. Peace be unto his ashes. Subscriber.
