Resolution of Respect to the Memory of Comrade F. Rhoda, passed by Choat Post 66 G. A. R. Dec. 17th, 1880. Died, Dec. 7th, 1886. Comrade F. Rhoda, of Co. H. 14th, O. V. I. Thus another of our comrades has been relieved from duty, and called to answer the final roll call before the grand commander of the universe. Comrade Rhoda was a good soldier, a loyal citizen, a kind comrade and a loving husband and father. Resolved, That this Post tenders to the bereaved family its earnest sympathy in this their hour of sorrow. Resolved, That the Post Hall be draped in mourning for 80 days, and that a copy of these Resolutions be sent the family of our deceased comrade, and be published in the Napoleon papers. F. M.
