A. F. Rafferty received word Friday evening last from Barron, Wis., that his aged mother had died on the 3d inst. Mrs. Mary Rafferty was a former resident of this county, having moved here in 1836, and left for the far west in 1875. At the time of her death she was in the 80th year of her age.
