Death of Dr. Painter

Dr. D. F. Painter, of Harrison township, died of lung trouble on Friday of last week, aged 58 years, 10 months and 23 days. Dr. Painter was born in Mahoning county, Ohio, was married to Miss Christena Bean on Sept. 4th, 1854, who survives him. They were blessed with two daughters, one dying in infancy, the other still living. He also leaves three brothers and two sisters to mourn their loss. Dr. Painter was possessed of many good qualities, and will be missed from the community in which he lived.
