Owry - On the 4th of March, 1889, in Harrison township, Henry county, Ohio, Florence, wife of Jacob Owry, and daughter of J. W. and E. Harris, aged almost 32 years. She was the only living child of seven, which composed the family of Mr. and Mrs. Harris. One by one they crossed the river until the aged parents are standing as trees -- sad and lonely -- their branches broken and fallen to earth; but they are consoled with the thought that in the near future there will bne a grand reunion, where those parted here in sadness will meet again to part no more.

A very large procession followed on the 6th of March to Olive Branch Church where the funeral services were conducted by Revs. Sinclair and J. W. Meyers. The ladies of the Soldiers Relief Society of Harrison township were present and manifested their sympathies with the friends of the departed by casting the evergreen into the new made grave, expressive of the thought that the memory of the departed should long live in their hearts.
