Defiance, O., Aug. 30. Eugene Seymour was fooling with a revolver at the home of James McGoon. The gun was accidentally discharged, the ball entering McGoon's breast and penetrating the heart. Seymour had pointed the weapon playfully at McGoon, not thinking that it was loaded. McGoon's wife and four young children were in the house and witnessed the shooting. The widow and orphans are left destitute.
