Farewell, Jimmy! Thou art sleeping in the mansions of the dead, and thy liberated spirit has gone to thy Father. Day by day I saw thee fading away like a fragile flower. Prayers, tears and supplications were [smudged] to prolong thy stay. Cherished friends, stricken with sorrow and grief, gathered around thy dying bed. Silent prayers arose to heaven till thy gentle spirit fled. Thou art now free from pain and sorrow, I think I could not wish thee back to this wicked and inhospitable world. Farewell to thee, Jimmy.
