After an illness of some days death relieved Mr. Frederick Horning, Jr. suffering upon earth on Friday last. Mr. H. leaves a young wife and babe to mourn the loss of a kind husband and father. His funeral took place from the Presbyterian church on Sabbath, Rev. Donahey preaching an impressive sermon. It was largely attended, the Secret League and the Fire Department being present in a body, of which organizations he was a member. Peace be to his ashes.
