Our friend, M. REID, Esq., informs us by letter that the body of a man was washed ashore opposite Texas on Sunday last, and that nothing was found upon his person by which he could be identified. We have since learned, however, that it was the body of Hines, whose death by drowning, near John Patrick's, we noticed last week.
