Mrs. George Hildred

The wife of George Hildred died Saturday morning after an illness of some weeks from kidney trouble. The funeral ceremony was held at the Methodist church Saturday morning, Rev. I. N. Kalb in charge, and the remains interred in Glenwood cemetery.

Mrs, Hildred was one of the most devout christians and earnest workers in the Methodist church. She was the loving mother of five children, four boys and one girl, a!l of whom, with a sorrowing and affectionate husband, survive to grieve over her ontimely departure.

She was in the 48th year of her age.

From the Democratic-Northwest, July 20, 1893: An Error. Mrs. Hildred died on Thursday and was interred Saturday. Through an error last week it was stated that she died Saturday. Also the funeral took place from the house instead of the M. E. Charch.
