FATAL ACCIDENT -- A sad accident occurred on Saturday evening near Okolona. DANIEL HERRON, conductor of a sand-train, was climbing from a sand-car on to the caboose, when one of the iron steps broke, and falling under the wheels, he was so mangled as to die in a short time. He was a very worthy man, and leaves a wife and two children, who live in Liberty Center. It is gratifying to know that his life was insured by $2,000. The policy was issued by a Cincinnati Company, of which Mr. COTHRAN is agent, and will be promptly paid.
