Obituary: KILLED AT HAMLER A dispatch dated Hamler Dec 24th, says Last night Henry Kuntz, a laborer, living in this village, was struck by the fast line on the B. O. railroad and instantly killed Kuntz, in company with a party of friends, was walking along the track, when the train was seen approaching, one of the party suggested that they see how close they could stand to the track when the train passed, They did so, and Kuntz, who was supposed to be slightly under the influence of liquor, staggered as the train approached, when he was struck and instant death was the result, every bone in his body being broken. |
