HARMON. Died, John Harmon, in Freedom township, Henry county, Ohio,March 1st, 1882, aged 83 years, 4 months and 6 days. He suffered greatly from derangement of the mind for two long years with great patience, and on the night of Feb. 20th he was taken with a severe stroke of palsey, when after ten days of suffering, he departed from all earthly care to secure a home in Heaven. He leaves an aged wife, two sons and one daughter, and twelve grand children, to mourn their loss. He was one of tbe first settlers on the Maumee valley; be emigrated from the eastern part of Ohio to Henry county in 1836.
