Passed by Napoleon Lodge No. 260, I. O. O. F., Napoleon, on the death of James Emery, who departed this life on July 4th, 1891. W hereas, it has pleased Almighty God to remove from our midst our beloved brother, therefore be it resolved, that this Lodge has lost a good, faithful member, and the community a good citizen. Resolved, that our Lodge room be draped in mourning for 30 days in remembrance of our dead brother. Resolved, that these resolutions be published in the county papers and a copy sent to the family.
