Edwards — Laura L. Edwards, daughter of James and Addie Edwards. Born Dec. 15, 1893, died Jan. 25th, 1894, aged 5 weeks and 4 days. She leaves a loving mother and father to mourn their loss.

To the memory of our baby:

Another treasure God has taken,
To his flock he adds one more,
Those beaming eyes we long to see,
Now shine on the golden shore.

The cooing of her voice has ceased,
Dear Laura is laid to rest,
Her little hands nowaday cold,
Are folded on her breast.

Her little clothes are empty now,
We look, but all in vain,
To see our baby's face once more.
But she'll ne'er return again.

She has gone to a home more than this,
With God she rests on high,
If we obey His holy will,
We can see Laura by and by.
