EASTMAN. Mrs. Alice Eastman was born Aug. 27th, 1809, in the Eastern part of Pennsylvania; she died at her home in Napoleon, Ohio, Feb. 7th, 1890, aged 80 years, 6 mos, and 11 daysShe came to Erie County, Ohio, in 1832, and removed from that county to Henry county, Ohio, in 1844. Her maiden name was Alice Kitchen. She has been twice married.. Her first husband's name was Lamphier; her second husband's name was Guy 0. Eastman, who died Dec. 25th, 1874. The deceased had no living blood relative except one sister aged 84, who resides at Rockford, MinnMother Eastman has been a Christian for 67 years was the oldest member of the M. E. Church in Napoleon. She suffered much during her last illness, but amid all had a triumphant faith, and died peacefully and happily. Many friends and neighbors mourn their loss in her death. Her funeral was conducted at the M. E. Church, Sunday, February 9th, at 10:30 a. m.
