The Scott Case. The grand jury on Monday brought in an indictment of murder in the 2d degree in the case of Robert K. Scott. Mr. Scott was arraigned before the Court on yesterday and plead not guilty to the charge. A continuance In the case was asked by counsel and agreed to by the Prosecuting Attorney. The Court placed the bond at $12,000, the following citizens going upon the bond: Wm. Sheffield, L. Trowbridge, J. G. Haly, S. M.Heller, J. Lowery, A.M. Willard, D. Wilso and K. S. Blair.
