Mr. Geo. Dittenhaver, an old resident of this place, who a few weeks ago went to Humbolt, Kansas, with the expectation of benefitting his health, died at that place on last Saturday morning. His body was brought home on Tuesday and the funeral took place from his late residence on Washington street yesterday at 10 o'clock, Rev. Donahey conducting the services. The family of the deceased has the sympathy of the community in their bereavement.
