Mrs. Sally Crockett died at her residence in Harrison tp. on the 20th inst., after suffering for some two weeks with pneumonia. Mrs. Crockett was an old pioneer of this county, having resided here since 1848, during which time she has seen the country gradually change from a vast wilderness to the beautiful farms and comfortable homes of to-day. She was born in Rockland, Maine, Nov. 30th, 1809, being in the 82d year of her age at the time of her death. The funeral took place from the residence on Friday, Rev M. L. Donahey conducting the services.
