CROCKETT. Clarence H. Crockett, son of Orin and Rebecca Crockett, died at his home near Napoleon September 5th, 1887, aged 80 years and 4 months. For a number of years he struggled against his fatal disease, consumption. During the last two years his strength failed rapidly, and he was much of the time confined to the house. Since 1885 he was a member of the Evangelical Association. His last words of trust in his Lord are precious and consoling to his bereaved companion and other friends. The funeral was held at the Shunk church.
