Obituary:

CRAMER — Died, at the home of his parents in Freedom township, Thursday morning, March 8th, 1894, Willie B., son of Mr. and Mrs. Cramer, aged 18 years, 4 months and 18 days. Funeral services were held at the Bowen school house, Rev. Geo. Miller officiating; the remains were laid to rest in the Morrison cemetery.

Dear Willie, thou hast left us; We think of you each day
Our loved and darling schoolmate, you have gone so far away.
We have missed you each day, missed you sadly, Willie dear,
But we miss you more sadly as the time for school draws near.
We shall think of you so happy when at school we used to meet;
It will cause us grief and sorrow when we see your vacant seat;
That seat which has been occupied by one so young and fair;
Oh it will give us pain and sorrow to see it empty there.
His loving face we shall not see; his form from us has fled,
He is in the church yard sleeping, but to us he is dead.
Then farewell, dearest Willie, your sweet face we would love to see.
And we hope when our last hours come we will die happy, like thee.

To the many friends and neighbors who so kindly assisted us during the sickness and death of our son, we take this method of tendering our sincere and heartfelt thauka. May He who comforts the believer's heart, Bless you all.

Mr. and Mrs. Cramer
