Obituary: COLE. At Holgate, Ohio, May 29th, 1885, of paralysis, Julia A., wile of N. S. Cole, aged 44 years, 2 months and 17 days. Her funeral took place in the M. E. Church, on Sabbath, May 31st, and was conducted by Rev. P. C. Baldwin, of South Toledo. The deceased was buried in the Cole Cemetery. Mrs. Cole's life and character was a beautiful blending of the finer Christian graces in deeds of Christian charity and love. She was a woman of deep religious experience and earnest, intelligent piety, which beamed forth in her life like the rays of the son. Her life from early youth has been devoted to the services of the Master in the M. E. Church, and her death, as we expected, was more than peaceful - it was triumphant. She was a faithful wife, kind mother, and a true friend. In all respects an exemplary Christian; but she is now released from toil and suffering, and entered into rest and her works follow her. Blessed, indeed, are those who, like her, live and die in the Lord. Mrs. Cole leaves three sons and her husband; though not her immediate family alone, but many friends and neighbors who will long remember her many virtues and mourn her loss.
