CHRISTY Arch Eugene Christy was born In this county Oct. 18th, 1858, and died June 13th, 1891, having met with a sad accident while hauling saw logs, which caused instant death. His age was 32 years, 7 months and 24 days. The deceased leaves to mourn their sad loss a wife, three children, a mother, three brothers, two sisters and many other friends. The father, two children, two brothers and two sisters having preceded him to the Spirit World. May this sad affliction be an incentive in bringing all nearer to Christ. Funeral services were conducted in the Evangelical Church by Rev. A. F. Beery, in the presence of a large concourse of people. May God comfort and sustain the bereft.
