The 18 months old daughter of Chris Brown, living four miles south of Hamler, was accidently drowned at their home last Thursday morning. The mother went after a bucket of water and left the little one playing about the house. She wandered to a tub of water at the corner of the house and tumbled into it and was found there on the return of her mother. Every effort was made to revive the little one but without avail. They have the sympathy of the entire community in their bereavement.
