Death of Mrs. Brown.

After a lingering illness the wife of Mr. Edward Brown breathed her last upon earth at 7 o'clock Saturday morning. Her illness was of such a character that the doctors pronounced her case hopeless months ago, and all relations and kind friends could do was to watch with her the coming of the grim messenger, whose appearance is sure and certain to one and all alike - Death. Mrs. Brown was an exemplary woman, much beloved by those who knew her. In her death a kind husband has lost a faithful companion and daughters and sons an affectionate mother. She was a devout member of the Catholic church of this city, from which house her funeral took place on Monday.
