Death of a Good Citizen.

We were pained to learn of the death of Mr. C. Bonifield, of this township, which sad event occurred Monday morning, at 8 o'clock. His death was occasioned by catarrh of the stomach and he had been sick some weeks. He leaves a wife and five children, the youngest of which is 14 years old. Mr. B. was an excellent citizen, liked by all who knew him, and was one of the best Democrats in the county. His funeral took place on Wednesday, a large concourse of friends meeting to pay their last respects to the memory of aneighbor. Peace be to his ashes.
