BITTIKOFER. Mrs. Mary Jane BITTIKOFER was born in Morrow county, Ohio, May the 24th, 1866 and was baptized in infancy; was confirmed Oct. 31st, 1880, in the Reform Church; was married to John Bittikofer Sept. 1st, 1886. On the 14th of July, 1892, she gave birth to a child. Feeling quite well in two weeks, she attempted a visit with her husband to his parents about a quarter of mile distance. On the following Thursday she took with a heavy chill; brain fever set in. On the 11th day of August, 1892, she fell asleep in Jesus. Triumphant in the Lord, with a bright prospect of a home in heaven. She had reached the age of 26 years, 2 months and 7 days, A husband and two children are left to mourn their lose.
