Obituary:

Her host of friends in Napoleon will be grieved to learn of the death of Mrs. Jennie A. Bisel, nee Mason of Toledo, which occurred at McClure Friday morning. Funeral services were held at McClure Saturday afternoon, Rev, J. W. Meyers in charge, and the remains were interred in the McClure cemetery. Mrs. Bisel was a Napoleon girl, born here the 5th day of October, 1858, and the daughter of D. Mason, for many years a resident of Napoleon but of late years of McClure. In her girlhood days she was a prominent figure in society here and well liked. For some years she has been an invalid and during the past winter has been at Hot Springs, Arkansas, in hope of building up her shattered health. There was no improvement, however, and growing rapidly worse she was conveyed to the home of her father in McClure where she lingered about a week after her arrival. . A complication of diseases was her malady, chief among which was heart trouble.
