BARTEL. On the 21st of May, 1887, in Damascus township. Henry county, Ohio, of lung fever, Levi Bartel, aged 68 years and 23 days. More than 50 years ago he came to Henry county, Ohio, endured the trials and privations of pioneer life; he was highly respected in the community in which he lived. His funeral services were held in Beaver Creek Church in Wood county, Ohio, on the 22d, and was very largely attended.
