Mr. Isaiah Bales, after a short illness, afflicted with typhoid fever, breathed his last upon earth on Thursday of last week. He was in the 47th year of his age and was an old resident of this county. His funeral took place on Saturday from the Presbyterian church, under the auspices of the G. A. R., of which organization he was an honored member.
