The Bryan Press says: "On Monday of last week an old lady named BAIRD, living at Pulaski, was in the garden picking strawberries, when she fell suddenly to the ground. Parties noticing her fall rushed to her assistance, but before they could get her inside the house she was dead. Heart disease, from which she had suffered for some time previous, was the cause of her death."
