Mrs. Celestia Allen, widow of the late Maj. W. H. Allen, died Sunday night after a lingering illness. The funeral ceremonies were conducted at her late residence, in this city, Tuesday morning, by Rev. Donahey. The remains were interred in Brey's cemetery.
