Recorder’s Office in the Henry County courthouse. Since that index was done,
the records have been tagged with a 75 year confidentiality
restriction. Some information is obtainable during that time period, but most of it
is restricted — Ohio Revised Code 317.24(B)(2). The records contained in the
index on the website are still all public information.
