Because the Henry County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society has disbanded, we are no longer accepting applications for First Families. However, we are making available to researchers the records of the more than 100 of you who submitted applications and proved that you had at least one ancestor who was living in Henry County either before December 31, 1870 for Gold status, or before December 31, 1885 for Silver status. Many of you had several Gold- and\/or Silver-status ancestors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over 100 submitters have proven ties to 436 early Henry Countians and have been awarded Gold or Silver status through the Henry County First Families program.
