KLEIN, Christian b. Sandusky, OH 1860, son of Gottlob & Wilhelmina (LIPP) of Germany. Gottlob b. 1822, son of Christian & Catharine (KEMERLINE) who d. in Germany. Had 7 ch. Gottlob came to U.S. 1871. He m. 1849 Christina HINKLE; 2nd Dora HOLSAPFAL in 1853 and 3rd Minnie LIPP in 1855. Had 6 ch. Christian m. Ida KNIPP, dau of Peter & Elizabeth (KYLE) and had 4 ch.
KNEPLEY, Jacob b. 1858, son of Jacob & Mary (CHRISTMAN), both b. in Germany and came to this county. They had Caroline, Andrew, Elizabeth, John, David, Jacob & Samuel. Jacob, Jr. m. Christina EBERLY, dau. of Andrew who had 7 ch. and came from Germany. Jacob & Christina had Anna, Herman, Chas., Henry, Walter, and Clarence.
KNIPP, Samuel b. here 1865, son of Frederick & Catharine (BRICK) both from Ger. Tobias, father of Frederick, came from Ger. to PA in 1831, then to Richland Co., OH, then to Crawford Co. where he died. Frederick m. in Richland Co. Catherine BRICK and came here. They had 9 ch.
