How to Format a Query

We still gladly accept queries from members and non-members alike. If you have reason to believe that any of your ancestors lived in Henry County at some time in the past, you are encouraged to submit a query to try to connect with others who are researching the same people. The query should be fairly short and concise, but still contain enough information to help others determine if their information is related. An example of a query is:

MOHLER, MITCHELL, ANDREWS, BACK, ENGLISH
Looking for information on these families. I believe John Mohler brought his family to Henry Co. in 1845. His son Jacob m. Mary Amelia Mitchell 14 Jan 1865. Her parents were August and Eliza Jane (Andrews) Mitchell. Also looking for Lyman/Lymond Back and Anna English. They m. in Henry Co. 5 Oct 1876. They d. leaving two young daughters (Cora and Bess) in the care of grandparents. Looking for circumstances of their death and also info on their parents.
