Obituary

Pvt. Max A. Yaney, son of Naman and Vida Yaney, was born on July 12, 1915, and died June 29, 1942 at the age of 26 years, 11 months and 17 days. He leaves to mourn his passing a father and mother, two brothers, Chester A. and George E., of Toledo; and four sisters, Mrs. Pearl MacAllister and Mrs. Sadie Wise of Toledo, Ohio, Mrs. Helen Lintner, Whitehouse, Ohio, and Mrs. Norma Friess of Perrysburg, Ohio.

Max was a kind and loving son and brother and was loved by many friends. He worked as a· chauffeur until last January, when he joined the Army Air Corps.
